Our construction contractor has completed the third and final cost estimates, resulting in approximately 20% cost increase, which are attributable to added requirements from new building code and more refined details involved in the construction process. Up to Feburary 2026 we have raised 59% of the revised budget. We pray that the Lord continues to move brothers and sisters to give toward the building, so that our five loaves and two fish may be multiplied abundantly in God's hands, satisfying His heart and drawing all people to Him!
The colored portion in the chart below represents funds already raised, while the gray portion represents funds yet to be collected. The vertical lines mark the projected annual fundraising targets based on the construction progress plan.

March 2026 Prayer Requests
1. Pray God to guide and give grace in the following areas of work on the project side, which are primarily related to environmental safety and protection regulations: 1) building foundation soil testing and necessary mitigation measures; 2) site stormwater drainage system design and approval, 3) fire and accidental chemical release alarm system design and approval.
2. Praise God we have made significant progress in our practice of monetary offering. Pray God to help us to continue in our growth. And pray God to meet our need for increased cash flow after we begin construction this year.
3. Pray for our coworkers on the frontline, that God will keep them and supply them with continued strength and grace, both in their services and their personal lives. May the Holy Spirit grant wisdom to our PM team members to make right decisions in project management, cost control, and various other decisions.
